Raphael B. Felix is the Senior Vice President, Properties of PHINMA Corporation and the concurrent President and Chief Executive Officer of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PPHC), the Company’s real estate subsidiary. He also serves as the President of PHINMA Prism Development Corporation since 2019, involved in upscale housing developments. He also serves as chairman of Community Developers and Construction Corporation, PPHC’s construction arm.

Mr. Felix is a graduate of AB Economics from ADMU and has attended business planning and strategy courses from AIM, Ateneo Graduate School and Harvard Business Review.
