Regina B. Alvarez is the Company’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Services and Planning. She was appointed as Senior Vice President, Finance of the Company in April 2005 and was previously Senior Vice President and Group Controller. Ms. Alvarez is concurrently General Manager of Philippine Investment Management (PHINMA), Inc. and holds various executive posts in PHINMA companies. She is also a director of PHINMA Prism Development Corporation, St. Jude College, Inc. and ABCIC Property Holdings, Inc.

Ms. Alvarez, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.
